Freemake hits 100K Facebook fans! Facebook is a famous online social media and social networking service company located California (The USA). Facebook was first launched on the 4th of February 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg, Andrew McCollum, Chris Hughes, Dustin Moskovitz, and Eduardo Saverin. At the very beginning, the website could be accessed by Harvard students only. Later the access was given to the students of higher education institutions in Boston area, Stanford University, and the Ivy League schools. There were added more high schools and universities and finally in 2006 Facebook became available to everyone who is at least 13 years old. At 1st Facebook was available at a desktop website, but now you can download special apps for Android and iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) for faster browsing and better experience or use a mobile version of the site. To use Facebook, you need to create an account and provide your name, education, occupation, interests, hobbies, and other data. Of course, no one makes you provide the entire information about your life. You can add only the information that you consider less private, and it's OK for you to share it. When your account is created, you can start searching for your friends by their names, location or education info. As soon as a user confirmed that you are his friend, you can start exchanging messages. Besides that, you can publish everything that you like on your profile. It can be pics from your recent trip, links to interesting posts, links to YT videos or you might even upload a video to Facebook. You just need to be sure that your content doesn’t violate Facebook and local laws. Your content may be visible to all Facebook users, to all your friends or to particular people. This option can be set for a particular post or to all your posts. The 2nd option can be found in settings. One more thing you can do on Facebook is to follow groups and pages that are dedicated to your hobbies, music bands, movies, actors and other things that interest you most. You will get the recent news, pics, updates, take part in contests and so on. Freemake has also got a page where we post various tips and tricks, important announcements, information about new features and bug fixes.
