Please make sure your AVI movies aren’t protected. The free utility doesn’t encode protected films into MP3 audio tracks.

Select "to MP3" button within the formats panel at the bottom of the program. If you’re satisfied with the default output MP3 audio track settings, immediately jump to the last step of the tutorial. However, if you want to apply custom MP3 file settings to each audio piece, then go to the next step.

Depending on your goal, use one of the available MP3 qualities. In a new window with a quality selection pick up one of the parameters: 320kbps, 256kbps, 192kpbs, etc. Or skip this selection and use the original audio source as the program offers. Please note that if you increase the MP3 file quality, your output file size will be larger. So, if you have a limited memory space on your USB stick, MP3 player or computer, you’d better select a reasonable song quality for an MP3.

To apply custom settings regularly, you can create your own profile and store the template settings such as bitrate, mono or a stereo sound, and so on. Don’t forget to click “OK” to save your profile.

Click the “Convert” button to convert AVI to MP3. For some files, you will need to activate Mega Pack. Before you complete AVI to MP3 conversion, don’t forget to indicate a destination folder. By default, your MP3 songs will be in the Music folder on your computer. Later, you can transfer your audio files to a USB stick, MP3 player, Android or iPhone.

For Apple iPad, iPhone, and iPod users, the freeware includes inbuilt automatic iTunes export. Check this box before conversion, the program will move all free MP3 music files to iTunes for further syncing with your Apple gadget.
